Blend: 44% Pinot Meunier, 28% Pinot Noir, and 28% Chardonnay.

This traditional cuvée, made from the three emblematic grape varieties of Champagne, combines 23% of the 2018 harvest with 77% of the 2022 harvest.
It is composed of 44% Pinot Meunier, 28% Pinot Noir, and 28% Chardonnay.
Made from the finest first-press juices, this champagne, both dry and fruity, will awaken your taste buds on any occasion.

CARTE NOIRE

This Blanc de Noirs blend (50% Meunier and 50% Pinot Noir) exclusively bottled with our grapes from the 2018 harvest, will give body and roundness to this 100% House fruity Champagne! On the nose, you will discover notes of red fruit and on the palate, an explosion of candied fruit and caramel. The length in the chouse will be light.

DOUC'IVRESSE

Made from our 2020 harvest (33% Pinot Noir – 33% Meunier – 33% Chardonnay) and certified High Environmental Value (HVE), this champagne reflects the perfect balance between the three Champagne grape varieties:
· Pinot Noir for fruitiness,
· Meunier for roundness,
· Chardonnay for liveliness.
On the nose: a beautiful floral expression, enriched with notes of white and red fruits.
On the palate: a dazzling freshness, marked by citrus aromas.
Finish: beautiful length, both lively and refined.
Ideal as an aperitif, to awaken the taste buds with finesse and elegance.

PUR MEUNIER

Extra-Brut – Limited Edition of 980 Bottles – HVE Certified
Made exclusively from Pinot Meunier harvested during the 2022 harvest, this exclusive cuvée (only 980 bottles) comes from our carefully plowed vines cultivated with respect for High Environmental Value (HVE).
This champagne faithfully reflects the pure expression of the Marne Valley terroir.
Tasting: a balanced structure, enhanced by delicate fruity notes, for an experience that is both authentic and refined.
A rare vintage, designed for lovers of Meunier and finesse.

CARTE BLANCHE HVE certified

Made exclusively from our 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested during the 2020 harvest, this 100% house-made cuvée reflects all the purity and finesse of the king of Champagne grape varieties.
Certified High Environmental Value (HVE), it embodies our commitment to sustainable viticulture that respects the terroir.
Profile: Mineral, lively, and elegant, it seduces with its ardor and aromatic precision.
Food and wine pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs wonderfully with white meats, fish, and shellfish.

RATAFIA CHAMPENOIS

Made right from the grape harvest, this unique spirit is the result of a subtle blend of grape must and wine-based alcohol.
Traditionally enjoyed as an aperitif, Ratafia also pairs wonderfully with melon or foie gras, revealing its full deliciousness.
A nectar to be savored in moderation, boasting a 18% alcohol content.
